We offer payroll services for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), all in accordance with RTI (Real Time Information) and the very latest rules and regulations.

Payroll packages available

If you require payroll for more than 20 employees, or weekly payroll please contact Ihelm Enterprises using the form below.

All of the listed Statutory Payments (SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP) are included across all of our payroll packages.

P11ds and CIS are not included in the packages above. If you require either of these services, please contact us.

Your subscription to QuickBooks Online Essentials, which is the minimum package required for payroll, is included in your monthly fee.

Ihelm Enterprises will act as your agent and ensure all information is submitted to HMRC. You, as the client, will be responsible for ensuring all of the information held on record for your employees is 100% correct and up to date. It is also your responsibility to ensure that all information necessary for the completion of the payroll is received the day before it is due to be filed. You will be responsible for making sure that all payments to HMRC for PAYE/NI are received on time.

If the package you have chosen doesn’t include free starters and leavers, there will be an admin fee of £10/starter or leaver.

Package prices do not include any Auto Enrolment; if it is required it will be as an add-on price. All prices will be reviewed every 12 months, unless Ihelm Enterprises feels it necessary to review them earlier.

All packages have a set-up fee of £30.00.
